Authenticity by Design
A Third Half & Anahata Retreat
Monday, September 28 – Thursday, October 1, 2026
Design your authentic path forward with clarity, courage, and heart.

What Awaits You On Nantucket?
No matter where you are on your path, this is a rare space to step out of the noise, gain perspective, and have some fun as you design a more intentional life—with a little Nantucket magic woven in.

At the heart of this experience is wisdom sharing—across stages and across lived experiences. This retreat will bring together two accomplished groups of women at different stages of life: the Middies—high-performing professionals in the thick of their careers, looking to optimize what’s now and what’s next—and the INDYs (“I’m Not Done Yet”)—independent-minded women who are winding down their primary careers and designing their third half with purpose and clarity.

While these vantage points may differ, both groups are navigating change, ambition, and meaning. This collaboration between Third Half and Anahata brings together mindfulness practices, open dialogue, and expert guidance—anchored in a life design approach that helps women explore what’s next with clarity and heart.
What To Expect During This Retreat
An Intimate
Group
A small, supportive group capped at 14 participants with a broad range of professional experiences. We will be staying together in a series of lovely private homes, all located within a short walk of each other.
Morning
Programing
We’ll begin each morning with breakfast together and a mindfulness practice. We will then move into a blend of self-awareness work and coach-led Design Your Life work.

Afternoons to
Explore
After lunch, we will take the afternoon to discover Nantucket—walk the historic streets, wander the boutiques, or head to the beach. During this open time, we will also be scheduling your individual coaching.
Evenings to
Enjoy
Each night brings something different to the table—literally. From a festive welcome dinner at a private home to a lively night out at a local Nantucket favorite, and a cooking demo that turns into our shared feast.

After This Experience You Will Have:
-
A clearer vision of what a truly authentic life means to you.
-
Insight, tools and wisdom to help you achieve your aspirations.
-
Meaningful connections with amazing women who can support you on your journey.
