Having helped grow the idea from inside Third Half, I saw firsthand how much energy women had for reinvention, but how few spaces truly supported it.

The chance to help exceptional women gather in community and draw on their collective wisdom and creativity to tackle the awesome question of “what’s next for me?”

I would like to begin to thoughtfully craft a plan for my "third half". I still really enjoy working, but I am striving to make a change in early 2027.
